The 38th Budapest Spring Festival happens from March 31 to April 23. The largest and most prestigious cultural festival in Budapest attracts many classical music, opera and jazz fans from all around the world. The festival has developed into one of Europe’s major cultural events with a series of opera, concert, ballet and theatrical performances.
There’s a wide range of events and activities centered around the arts. The visitors can choose from around 120 programs at around 40 venues, including various public places, squares and parks, as well the traditional ones like the Budapest Opera, the Budapest Jazz Club and the Palace of Arts. With the best Hungarian performers and real world stars, the Budapest Spring Festival is a truly special occasion, presenting premieres and co-productions with partner institutions.
