The first festival of fire and fire dancing will take place in Sofia on May 20th and 21st. The organizers are the Municipality of Sofia, the Foundation for the future talents of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian art and folklore center "Nestya".
Curious rituals, a folklore program and an impressive fire show have been promised by the organizers. Their idea is the festival to become a tradition.
The event will begin at 5 pm on May 20th at the garden of the Monument of the Soviet Army. The next day is the celebration of the fire-dancers which will start at 13:00.
