Take part in the Wecycle campaign and win a memory game

2095

Traditionally, the nation-wide holiday of King’s Day in the Netherlands is accompanied by flea markets, as this is the day when market transactions are allowed for non-registered dealers. Naturally, many people are unable to sell their old electric appliances and usually, the latter end up massively in the trash the next morning. This, of course, is nowhere near eco-friendly behaviour, as there are still many parts of the tools that can be reused or raw materials to be given a second chance.

Instead, things could turn out differently. In a win-win exchange, the City of Hague suggests the following: turn in your electrical appliances to one of several garbage and recycling stations and get a Wecycle Memory Game as a gift. Everything that has either a cable or a battery is accepted, in addition to old electric bulbs. But make sure to be fast, as the initiative takes place today and the availability is limited.

Want to do more and win for a charity cause? Of course, you can. If you have interesting and insightful ideas about ways to recycle electric appliances, make sure to submit them within the period of 29th April till 9th June 2019 and you might win one of 25 sponsors cheques for EUR 1000 for a charity of your choice! Find out how from this link.
