During the next 90 days, the well-known streets of Kapana will be alive with decorations of cloth, interactive installations and performances, juggling workshops and colorful decorations on the facades of buildings. Lovers of theater will be able to see the artists on stilts and some living statues from the theater of fire and shadows – FIRETER. The project ” Faces ” is supported by “Plovdiv 2019”.
The district already enjoys first spring changes with the installation of six colorful vines. During the next few weeks they will blossom, and their “fruits” will attract the attention of people passing by, with some brief information about the history of Kapana. In the beginning of April, the author Plamen Ivanov intends to leave a memory to the neighborhood. He will represent the emotions which brings month of March with an art installation inspired by the awakening nature.
The project will cover the area of streets – Zlatarska, Christo Dyukmedjiev, Zagreb, Pavel Kurtevich and Kojuharska. Everyone can participate in this transformation or give their ideas on the Facebook page of the project: Лица/Faces/Caras & Fireter.
